Uride is Empowering Women This International Women’s Day

At Uride, we believe in creating meaningful impact—not just through the rides we provide but by giving back to the communities we serve. This International Women’s Day, we’re proud to support organizations that uplift and empower women in need. Across Canada, countless shelters and support services work tirelessly to provide safety, resources, and hope to women facing challenges. This month, as part of our Good Deed Program, we are making donations to these vital organizations.

Why This Matters

International Women’s Day is a celebration of strength, resilience, and progress. But it’s also a reminder that many women still face significant barriers, from domestic violence to housing insecurity. The organizations we’re supporting offer shelter, advocacy, and life-changing resources to help women rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence. By standing with them, we hope to contribute to a future where every woman feels safe, supported, and empowered.

The Organizations We’re Supporting

This month, we’re donating to incredible organizations across the country that provide crucial services to women in crisis. These shelters and centers offer safe spaces, counseling, job support, and so much more.

To all the women who inspire us every day—our riders, drivers, and community members—this one’s for you 💜.
